IP/SMS/Credit Card verification - Stop Trolls please

I am still stuck in a game for the past 1 hour plus.  You can slow play endlessly in this game without any penalty.  I report all users that slow play, use inappropriate language, etc.  Is anything ever done about these complaints?  I use the tinyurl link.

I have been asking for these features since Shuffle IT took over and nothing...   Do you have any intentions of every doing anything about the trolls on this site that ruin play for everyone?

The previous operators of online Dominion didn't have all these problems with trolls.   But they actually did something about it.

Can we PLEASE have users verified by SMS at the very least?  CC verification would be ideal.   No charge needed.  IP tracking could be useful too.  This is a solved problem, Shuffle IT actually just needs to do something about it.

In the near future a timer feature will be introduced. It was publicly testable at the end of last year and has been refined in the mean time. Undoing playing (simple) Treasure without opponent's consent will still be doable, but it will simply eat up your time as if you did nothing.

That's good and something is done (I know because I'm the one banning the offending players). But if players don't care about their rating or their name, the next free account is just minutes away.

As a side note, dominion.games is operated by a new company (2nd Shuffle) since late last year. The new 'boss' is the American player known as Lemonspawn.
SMS verification might be doable. CC verification is likely only realisic in the US, with credit cards not being as ubiquitous elsewhere.
IP tracking has helped, but players also routinely use VPNs.

Exactly.  That's the problem.  (assuming their accounts are actually getting suspended)   

CC verification for everyone in the U.S.  Block all VPNs.  Easy enough to do.  SMS verification as well or at least have an option for automatch that says verified accounts only.

The other online gaming companies have solved this problem so it is solvable.

Are we talking about companies like Blizzard (thousands of employees) or companies like 2nd shuffle, that have a handfull of employees at most (I guess its 1 or 2) and some more volunteers?

And lists of those VPNs are easily available and not forever changing? Because those VPNs need to fight against the streaming giants, not the insignificant dominion.games.
