Cancel subscription

I am trying to cancel my Complete Subscription from auto renewing. I cannot find a button to do so. Can you please do so for me or email me with instructions on how to do so?

There is no auto-renewing at all. You pay for a certain amount of time and a certain amount of cards. If that runs you and you want more than the free game, you have to pay again, manually.

The name 'subscription' may be misleading you. It was chosen because the previous owner of the digital license (back roughly 10 years ago) 'sold' you cards to 'keep forever', when they only had that license for a limited time.

You can never have a subscription here that lasts longer than the time the company has the license (which has been renewed multiple times in the past).
