Exactly.  That's the problem.  (assuming their accounts are actually getting suspended)   

CC verification for everyone in the U.S.  Block all VPNs.  Easy enough to do.  SMS verification as well or at least have an option for automatch that says verified accounts only.

The other online gaming companies have solved this problem so it is solvable.

Yes, we should be able to mute users and have a report button in the game interface.  The original online dominion had the mute feature and this was 10+ years ago.  We are paying you for this service, please listen to your users.

Also disabling the undo button is a brilliant idea.  No undo at all would be perfect.

There were three versions of online Dominion before this one and guess what none of them had undo.  Not one.  No need for it.  It just encourages more rage play and slow playing.  Horrible idea to add undo.

No, just implement measures to get all the trolls off the site.  Problem solved.

I am still stuck in a game for the past 1 hour plus.  You can slow play endlessly in this game without any penalty.  I report all users that slow play, use inappropriate language, etc.  Is anything ever done about these complaints?  I use the tinyurl link.

The previous operators of online Dominion didn't have all these problems with trolls.   But they actually did something about it.

Can we PLEASE have users verified by SMS at the very least?  CC verification would be ideal.   No charge needed.  IP tracking could be useful too.  This is a solved problem, Shuffle IT actually just needs to do something about it.

The rules of the game do not allow undo.  I vote undo should be removed completely.  It is just another way trolls use to slow play.  (undo the coins and spend them again over and over)  If you make a mistake, live with it.  I do.

I just played a game where way of the mouse was the Fort's card.  When you try to use way of the mouse the game just hangs.  No choice of forts is presented.  Please fix.

Also when my opponent resigns it get an internal error when you try to resume the game with the computer.  You can block people once the game finishes, but not during the game.

I've been in a game for 40+ minutes where my opponent keeps playing coins and then undoing them.   Over and over...   I have asked for undo to be removed or making it optional for many years.  Can you please at least make undo optional?  And please remove the ability to undo without approval when spending coins. 

I have been paying for this service since Shuffle iT started it and my requests for these features continue to be ignored.   :-(   How hard is to detect someone playing coins and undoing them over and over?   Auto blacklist them when they do so and suspend their account.

Every other online service verifies their users.   Why doesn't Shuffle iT do so?   Tie each account to a phone # via text and the majority of trolls will be stopped.   

The previous providers of Dominion never had this troll problem.  Of course they didn't have undo...

Why would we want this feature?   Undo is a much abused feature which never should have been added.
