1. An offline client, allowing you to play campaigns against bots

Yes, or some other way of allowing people to practice / gain experience with certain expansions.  (Eg: if you could play all of the recommended kingdoms against bots.)

2. A bot with a setting for different play styles

I don't like this idea.  In order to improve you would need experience against lots of different play styles.

3. A strong bot.

Not interested.

4. Options for timed games

Not interested.

5. Options for undo settings

Would be interested in player statistics with regards to undo requests.

6. Online mini-tournaments; the option to easily create one for you & your friends.

Yes, would totally do this!

7. Option to invite specific players to your table

Yes, this is currently frustrating.

8. More translations (to what language?)

Not applicable.  Would be cool if the chat could auto translate to the reader's default language.

9. Better animations when cards are gained/bought/played/...

Don't care.  Which you could zoom in on the font size of the cards though.

10. Better visualization of split piles, Archive/Crypt contents, Prince targets, ...

Yes.  Frustrating to have to look up what the other half of the split is.

10. Option to hide the log

Yes, if it would make the playing area / cards / text on cards larger and easier to read.

11. Android app (or just improved compatibility?)

Wouldn't use.

12. iPhone app (or just improved compatibility?)

Would use.  Might lose job.

13. Downloadable game logs

Not sure why but I find that creepy.

14. Improved moderation (dealing with chat abuse, slowplayers, ...)

Maybe 'speed' is another option that could be tracked and attached to a player profile? 

15. Tutorial on how to play Dominion

The old campaigns were a good way to accomplish this.

16. Tutorial on how to play dominion online.

I recently needed to access the online help and it took me several attempts to find it and then several more to navigate it effectively.
