Some chnage to make card display nicer in french

Hinterlands:
Margrave - set fontsize to 20 instead of 21
Tunnel -set fontsize to 17 instead of 18
Develop - lower the coin icons : 111px instead of 108px and 85px instead of 83px

Cornucopia: 
Young witch - set fontsize to 14 instead of 15 - Realign coin icon at top:121px left:205px and top:121px left:245px
horsetrader: in lower part, set lineheight to 14px instead of 17px, set fontsize to 16px instead of 17px

Prosperity:
Grandmarket : set fontsize to 19px instead of 20px

Merci pour le retour ! Les problèmes seront réglés dans la prochaine mise à jour (pas forcément de la manière suggérée, par exemple pour Margrave j'ai réorganisé le texte plutôt que de réduire la taille).
