No messages

Hi--I am fairly new to Dominion.games (less than a month). My boyfriend also joined. He gets tons of messages including information about the tournament but I have never had a message. How do I fix this? I tried searching the forum and help but did not find anything.

The Shuffle-iT tournament was last fall, so neither of you should have gotten a new message about that. Could it be that your boyfriend had an old but long unused account (which means he got the message (and others) then, but only sees it now)?
