Problem playing Soldier with Capitalism?

I'm not sure if this is actually a real problem or not, but I just had a game where my opponent had to refresh the page every time I played Soldier as a treasure from Capitalism.

I tried to reproduce the problem, once with a new game, once with reloading your game, but it didn't happen for me.

Did your opponent say why they needed reload? Graphical issues with the card borders? Did they never get the prompt to discard from the Soldieder?
