The game is not loading.  I hit "retry" and it just goes back to the same screen that says "retry".  Help!

At some time (2 or 3 times retrying) there should also be an option return to the lobby, abandoning the current game. It's a last ditch effort to get you back to a stable environment because apparently the current game is in some state that can't be continued. It might also happen if a game server has to be restarted and you do a page reload (say from an undo).
