i'm forced into a ranked game even after my opponent leaves the table

ever since rising sun came out it became possible in my tables that if one player toggled ready, then leaves, and then i press ready as well, that it would count it as both readying and would create a rated game with only me in it in reality, but the table thinks there is 2 players.

i hit start game, and then i would have to wait for the resign prompt to come up to not lose points.

i have had this happen to me so many times and want it to stop.

rising sun introduced this bug, which i think is the cause of the "make opponent resign" bug that randomly comes up in games with an active opponent. when that happens, it's because of the first bug thinking that a 2 player table exists before the new table/opponent happens.
