Undo timer when confirmation needed

When I ask to undo or rewind something that requires the other player's permission my play clock continues to run down even though I'm waiting for the other player to decide.  This could be used to maliciously drain a player's timer.  I think the timer should switch to the player who is being asked to for permission to undo.

Imagine what the potential for abuse would be if it was as you suggested: Your malicious opponent could spam undo requests against you on their turn and now your time would be used up not by thinking about playing, but by clicking away undo requests.

It has always been the case that during an undo request time runs for the player who actually has to make a decision at the moment. This just became more pronounced now with the new timer feature with reduced thinking times (in some modes drastically).

But we are aware that the timer needs finetuning with undos, but we are not sure yet what the best way is (running your clock slower, stopping it completely, giving you time back or something else completely).

Perhaps running both timers?
