Once all the VP tokens have gone from Arena, the client still asks you if you want to discard an action card for 2 VP. This is a pointless decision, and also wrongly implies they'll get 2 VP if they discard.

This is correct by the rules. You can still discard (and you even might want to, e.g. because of Haunted Woods) even if there are no VP tokens left on Arena. You just fail to take the 2 VP.

Okay that makes sense. The wording on screen is still wrong though, it says "Discard an action card for 2VP?",but you won't get 2VP if you discard.

You're right, it would be nicer if the informatioon text said "Discard an action card for 0 VP" as soon as the tokens have run out.
