I have this page coming up everytime I try to play. my company is a government organization, first time I tried logging in and I entered a wrong password and since then it's been giving me this screen :

This is unrelated to you entering the password wrong.
Your websocket connection is being blocked; most likely by a firewall.
You could ask your system administrators to open up port 443, but I don't know how much they're willing to cooperate. It was probably a conscious decision of them to block this in the first place.
